Returns
You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In new and unused condition
In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Include the proof of purchase inside the box.
Ship the package to the following address:

Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 12 business days for this process.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or physically damaged earphones, earbuds, or accessories
Items without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
For any defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your item to {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
